Terms and Conditions The Friendly Trading Company & Sarah Elisabeth Fine Jewellery Terms & Conditions How to buy from us Simply click "add item" on whatever you would like to buy. This will add the item to your shopping basket. When your shopping is complete, go to the checkout where you will see your items with the shipping cost added (worked out by weight of objects). You can remove items if you wish to then pay securely using your credit card / paypal / cheque. If you have any questions, just send us an email & we will get back to you soon, 7 days a week. Returns All items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (not including return postage unless we are at fault). The name & address of customer with a reason for return must be included to ensure a speedy process. The refund shall be made in the same form as the payment (eg: PayPal). Returns of body jewellery (Earrings, belly bars etc) cannot be accepted for hygeine reasons (unless we have sent the incorrect item). Delivery Times All items except some jewellery is in stock. We ship within 3 working days via Royal Mail / DHL signed-for. For our jewellery items marked as not being in stock, the item will be made especially for you and delivered within 21 working days, usually less. Shipping times depend on Royal Mail / DHL and we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays If you require an item for a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure it reaches you on time 18ct Gold Jewellery Our 18ct Gold Jewellery is made by Harmony Jewellers in the Kingdom of Bahrain (in the Persian Gulf). As most items are individually made, we would be happy to alter the specifications of an item to suit your taste - please let us know & we will provide a quote. There is no surcharge for White Gold. All gold items are hallmarked by the Sheffield Assay Office, England and are VAT-paid by us upon import. Fair Trade African / Eastern Items As these items are all individually made, there may be slight variations from one to another. For most items the item you get will be the one pictured. Please contact us if you would like a modified version of something you see in our shop - anything is possible! Wholesale Buyers We provide a wholesale service to Fair Trade & other shops - please ask for details. Our Fair Trade policy For our African items, we follow Fair Trade guidelines and deal directly with the family & Artisans` village that make these items. We pay a fair price (the price that the family set which is higher than average) and pay in advance of the items being made. We help to develop their own business through product & marketing development. For our Eastern items we buy from local traders and Fair Trade companies. Our priority is to provide excellent goods with friendly service. We strive to do our best but should we fail, please let us know what we can do to put things right.
